Sarah says her sense of hospitality comes from her large and loving family. As one of five children, she and her siblings grew up all over the country as they traveled with her father’s military service. They eventually settled in Atlanta and Sarah later decided to move to Greenville and pursue a degree at Bob Jones University. Sarah started with Table 301 while she was still in college working as a line cook with Soby’s on the Side. Here she specialized in making pastries and preparing catering orders. She worked her way up to sous chef of the restaurant before leaving to test her skills as a sous chef at Keowee Key Country Club and later at The Cliffs. Sarah rejoined the Table 301 family to help manage Papi’s Tacos and serve as a hostess at Nose Dive. In 2015, she married Table 301 Corporate Chef, Rodney Freidank, and they recently had their first child. Her love of the business brought her back to the role of Sales Coordinator, where she is able to use her extensive background in culinary arts to help tailor guests’ needs to their events. Sarah says, “Events that we cater are often big moments in people’s lives and we want to make sure that everything goes flawlessly. I love offering my clients the best in hospitality and making sure they are ecstatic with their choice of Table 301.”
